Each user now has his own folder on the cloud bucket where redering results are stored. This prevents conflicts when two users run different jobs having the same recipe name. Otherwise minor code cleanup.

Added ieDockerTest to rtbMakeChessSet.m
Need to get rid of the montage, which isn't important.
Might set the parameters for more speed.  Takes about 12 minutes on a recent MacBook Pro.

All a mystery to me.   Nothing working in the sense of good images.  Many apparent improvements, but the renderings just suck.  So, shifting to run the test validation on the master branch.

Still making it optional, but this seems to go pretty fast.

Routines under the Examples tree that start with “rtbMake” are treated as callable examples in various test programs, so we don’t want helper functions to start with rtbMake, at least if they are under the Examples tree.

Cleaned up example scenes for Crytek, Sponza, and OpacityAndBumpTest. Added chess set example scene to show off metadata abilities.
