Adding the `header` option to `CurlDownloadStrategy`.

It's easy to access github private resources later through specific `header` settings.
e.g.
```
cask 'XXXX' do
...
  url "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/....",
      header : "Authorization: token #{ENV['HOMEBREW_GITHUB_API_TOKEN']}"
...
end
 ```
