• CICAM HPC Skill: cicam-hpc is a meta-skill providing end-to-end HPC workflow automation, including seamless task deployment to real-time problem diagnosis on e-Science HPC infrastructure.

Scientific Computing

• SurfaceLDOS: Python module for computing LDOS confined by impurities on a surface using Green's function.
• SurfBuilder(currently not open): Python module for building reasonable artifitial structures formed by adatoms.

Automatic Measurement & Control

• WaveformArrayTools: LabVIEW VI module tools commonly used in laboratories.
• SR Lock-in Control: Stanford Research 860 series lock-in amplifier GUI controller.
• ITECH TOOLS LabVIEW: Some applications suitable for ITECH high precision programmable current source.
