Some files have `.h5`, others `.hdf5`.

A simple search for all groups (without the all_data flag) doesn't
return any result.

These additions capture:
1. ISMRM Raw Data format (potential to clash exists if we have other, non-ISMRMRD format HDF5 files - I don't think that's a worry now)
2. Zipped P-Files
3. QA files written out as html (e.g., mriqc output)

increase cov: skip abstract method bodies, remove unreachable handler method, add request to test_analysis_upload
