Adds support for git submodules. Fixes Homebrew/homebrew#1009.

If submodules exists for a git repo then checkout their index as well
into the appropriate path.

Run http://gist.github.com/323731 and afterwards, install Xcode.

sudo chown -R $USER /usr/local
curl -Lsf http://github.com/mxcl/homebrew/tarball/master | tar xvz -C/usr/local --strip 1
